Deliveries are supposed to be simple. A customer places an order, and days later it almost magically appears at their door with no frills or complications. But for one Florida woman, her delivery was anything but easy.

What Did a FedEx Worker Supposedly Do to a Florida Woman’s iPhone 17 Pro Maxes?

Keezy (@officalkeee) posted a video that received more than 260,000 views. In it, she alleged that a FedEx employee stole two different iPhone 17 Pro Max devices that she ordered, replacing them with different phones.

Keezy said that she ordered two iPhone 17 Pro Max phones from Xfinity. She requested delivery, so Xfinity hired a third party, FedEx, to bring them to her. The content creator said that she wasn’t home when the package was delivered; her girlfriend received it instead.

Keezy said that her girlfriend noticed that one of the phones was upside down. According to Keezy’s girlfriend, it looked like the tape had already been removed and re-taped.

Keezy came home. Then she said she opened the box, only to find a different phone, which was not the one she purchased. The content creator concluded that someone tampered with the boxes and replaced the iPhone 17 Pro Max with a different phone.

“So, y’all opened my box and re-taped it back up, and this what y’all send me. So who the [expletive] phone did y’all steal to put in my boxes to give me? Where the [expletive] [are] my two iPhone Pro Maxes?” she asked.

An Update to the Alleged iPhone Theft

In the comments section, viewers alleged that FedEx is known for theft.

“Oh fedex is KNOWN to steal iphones like it’s bad,” one viewer said.

Another commenter said, “I used to work for Apple warehouse, tech dept…. & I handled so many claims of customers saying FedEx stole their phones.”

In her video, Keezy said that she would go to a FedEx location in Tallahassee, Florida, to confront staff in person about the discrepancy. She also said that orders from other companies went without a hitch, which led her to believe that FedEx was the responsible party.

In an update, Keezy said she filed a police report, which helped her manage the claim with Xfinity. She told her audience that FedEx didn’t assist whatsoever with the claim.

“ FedEx ain’t worth [an expletive] because we got the little number, little ticket thing, but they never called us back. So [the] whole time, only me and Xfinity really sorting this [expletive] out,” Keezy said.

Later, Keezy said that she re-ordered the iPhones with Xfinity; the company asked her to order them in person and pick them up at a FedEx location, but she said the website gave her no option to schedule a pickup. She had her second order delivered, and the phones arrived safely at her door.

Is FedEx Workers Supposedly Stealing Packages Common?

While delivery drivers stealing packages isn’t common enough to be described as an epidemic, there have been numerous high-profile cases of package theft across the United States.

Police arrested a FedEx driver who reportedly stole $62,000 worth of packages in 2026, according to WAFB9 News. In 2023, a different FedEx driver got caught with $34,000 worth of stolen items inside his truck, according to South Carolina publication The State.

In general, mail theft is a common issue for consumers. The Office of the Inspector General reported that at least 58 million packages were stolen in 2024. That amount, it said, created “substantial financial burdens and operational disruptions across the delivery and [e-commerce] ecosystems.”
